Why do I get an error message when I try to log in to the website?

I have registered for a new account but have not received a confirmation email and cannot access the site what can I do?
When you register we will send you a one-time log in link to the email address you have specified. It is possible that you may have entered an incorrect email address or you might not have access to this address.
